Wheee!

In the words of Alice Cooper: School's out...for...summer! ;) And I'm in a much better mood for several reasons- one being the angry sunburn I somehow managed to get on JUST the back of my legs, is finally fading away. Second, my bff, that I haven't seen since Thanksgiving, is visiting from Baltimore! And finally, I got a SWEET early birthday present from my mama today! She just couldn't wait to give it to me when it came in the mail yesterday....

There's over 200 Gunsmoke trading cards and I chose 20 of my favs for the display case ;) I felt like a kid in a candy store picking them out *wink* Just thought I would share my joy! (P.S.- just disreguard my reflection in the glass that ended up in the pic- haha)

Yes- and they have little facts and stuff on the back of each one ;) My mom is an ebay-aholic, so I'm sure she found them there, haha! And she got major cool points for this one for sure! Thanks for the early birthday toast! ;)

P.S.- How do you like living in Baltimore? My best friend just moved there a little less than a year ago and she loves it! I really need to come visit her soon!

Let me know when you do! I've been here over 20 years now (after 20 in NYC). It is a good town with lots of history and with a surprisingly avant guard "other side" to it.
Ebay, huh? I should check it out - or maybe not - LOL

Re: pretty deep redhead
My friend Jenny lived in NYC for 2 years before moving to Baltimore, too! Small world ;) I visited her there last summer and I have been to D.C. before, but those are the only 2 times I've been to the east coast, so I'd love to make another trip to a new city there soon ;)

And ebay is def. a blessing and a curse! I find such great stuff there, but it can be so addicting- gotta pace yourself ;)
